Powers of revocation

You may revoke the completion of the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The time-period for revocation comprises 14 days, counted from the day goods have been received either you or a third party authorized by you to accept goods sent by us on order by you.

You may use the revocation form attached, which is not mandatory by any means. You may fill in the revocation form or any other method of unmistakable declaration by using our homepage, including sending you declaration.

To meet the legal time-standards for revocation it is sufficient if you send your notification before the time-limit for revocation has ceased.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke the contract we will reimburse all payments we received from you, costs for shipping included (except additional costs that derived from your choice of shipping means which was other than the means offered by us, being usually the most cost effective).

Reimbursement will be executed within 14 days following the day we received your notification. We will use the same method of money transfer you have chosen for your remittance, unless a different method of reimbursement has been agreed between us definitely. We will not claim any reimbursement fees. We may hold our reimbursement until we received back the goods we sent or provided you can prove to have sent it, whatever is earlier. You have to return the goods to us without delay and within 14 days, starting from the day you have given notice of revocation to us. The time-limit is observed if you send the goods before the lapse of the 14-day-period.

You will have to bear the costs for returning the goods. Those costs are estimated to remain in the region of 6 Euros.

You have to come up for losses in value of the goods in terms of its overall condition and functionality if the loss is a result of your undue handling of the goods.
